My Company Profile - Admin

This page is the Account level profile page.   Your permission levels will determine what you can or cannot access and edit.  Some of these fields are set by CT and require CT involvement to update/change.

Parent/ Account dropdowns:  If you have administrative access over more than one Account or sub account  – these fields will allow you to toggle between those.  These default to the office in which you reside.

Logo:  This is the company/corporate logo which will display on the PF pages of all users under your administrative access.  The Prevent Changes, and Set as Default only apply to subaccounts under your control.  If you manage only one office, there is no need to adjust these settings – they will automatically populate to the users under your administrative permissions.

Account No., Account Name, Address details, Phone and Company website:  These are the account identifying fields and are locked fields that can only be changed by contacting CT.  You may toggle between the accounts/subaccounts you manage by changing the Parent/Account dropdowns at the top of the page.

Account State Licensing: (and fields associated with) are all Company-level licensing requirements that may need to be shown on all of your Company’s PF Web pages.  These requirements are determined by your compliance department and can vary from state to state.

Account Disclosures:  This is another compliance related field.  This disclosure shows on the confirmation page just before the Preflight report is ordered.  Please contact your compliance department to determine what needs to be (if any) displayed.

About Company: Here is where the Company history and or description would go.  This information displays on your PF webpage under “More.”  This is another field with the “Prevent Changes and Set as default” check boxes.  If you are an admin over more than one account and would prefer this field to default and “lock” to all subaccounts under your management – this is where those options are set.

Order Page Introduction:   This is the “Introduction” to the Preflight form.  It is suggested that it introduce the Preflight process and the benefits to the consumer.  A default intro has been written for your company’s use. This is another field with the “Prevent Changes and Set as default” check boxes.  If you are an admin over more than one account and would prefer this field to default and “lock” to all subaccounts under your management – this is where those options are set.

Rating and Reviews:  This field gives the ability to show or hide the ratings and reviews on the PF webpages of those users under your access.  The check boxes are used to determine how this field is displayed.  “Display” box checked defaults all ratings and reviews to display.  “Prevent Changes” checked – locks the Ratings and Reviews to either “display” or “do NOT display” for all subaccounts under your administrative rights.

Consumer Search Traffic:  By default your Preflight supplied webpage (hosted order page URL) will be displayed upon a Consumer initiated search.  If you would prefer consumer searches to return a single corporate webpage where the PF form is embedded, you can choose embedded profile and place that corporate website address (remember to include http://www) and check “prevent changes.” This will now default all consumers to the corporate PF enabled (embedded) webpage for you and all of the subaccounts/users under your management.

Other Media:  Much like the “My Profile page” this field enables additional media to be placed on your PF webpage.  At the Account level this allows you as the administrator to default media to all subaccounts and Users and/or lock the media.

Social Media:  Much like the “My Profile page” field enables the addition of social media streams to your Preflight webpage.  At the Account level this allows you as the administrator to default social media to all subaccounts and users to specific URLs.
