Yes, we can order a Verification of Non Filing for your borrower.  When ordering please notate on the cover sheet that a Verification of Non Filing is needed. Because these requests must be mailed to the IRS and the IRS returns completed Verification of Non Filing orders to us by mail, turnaround time is 6 – 8 weeks.
