Credit Technologies' TRV services are now available through Encompass. 

 

Please follow the below instructions when ordering. 

 

Keep in mind your account must be set up through our Compliance department for this to function.  If you do not currently have access but would like to turn on this service, please contact our Compliance team at Compliance@CreditTechnologies.com or by phone: 800.445.4922 Option 2.

 

Within Encompass navigate to Loan<Order Verifications (Screenshot below):

 

 

 

On the Verification's screen Search for Credit Technologies, Click Go, then Click Add to My List to assign Credit Technologies as one of your providers.

 

 

 

Upon adding, the following window will appear, confirm by clicking OK

 

 

 

 

You will return to the previous window, be sure Credit Technologies is highlighted and click Submit

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Order Verification will display, Use your Credit Technologies credentials for the Log In information and tick the box next to the Verification product and year(s) you are wanting to order, Check that the No is highlighted next to the Is this an electronically signed 4506-T, Attach the authorization form by clicking the search icon and finding the document, Submit Order.

 

 

 

Confirm the order by clicking OK

 

 

 

You can check the status of the Verification, by clicking Check Status

 

 

 

 

A notification, shown below, will show the current status of your order.
