What must I do when a client’s mailing address is different from the address on the credit report?

When a Client Uses a Different Mailing Address

By default, the Risk Based Pricing Notice is delivered to the address as indicated on the credit report.  When this information is different, you must send an email to compliance@credittechnologies.com containing all of the following information:

  1. The Credit Technologies report number;
  2. The full consumer name;
  3. The full address where the disclosure is to be mailed.


*Note – This request MUST be received the day the report is ordered.  Any requests received after the order date will not be honored.

Credit Technologies maintains a mechanism whereby all reasonable efforts will be extended to intercept this disclosure.  Once located, this item will be repackaged for delivery and will be sent as First Class delivery using USPS.
